Scrambled Eggs with Potatoes and Onion
Ingredients:
-1 onion, chopped
-1/4 cup milk
-2 eggs
-2 potatoes, peeled and diced
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine with the potatoes and onion.
5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
