Scrambled Eggs with Spring Onion, Tomato, and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onion
- 1/4 cup of diced tomato
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the eggs.
3. As the eggs start to cook, add the spring onion, tomato, and onion.
4. Cook until the eggs are almost set, then add the cheese.
5. Cook for a few more minutes until the eggs are cooked through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
