Scrambled Eggs with Tomato and Potato
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced potato and tomato to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
5. Serve the scrambled eggs with tomato and potato warm. Enjoy!
