Scrambled Eggs with Tomato Sauce and Parsley

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.

4. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through, about 3 minutes.

5. Add the tomato sauce and stir to combine.

6. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.

7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

8. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
