Recipe Name: Seafood and Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 100g sausage, diced
- 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g tuna, canned and drained

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp to create a hollow cavity. Set aside.
3. In a skillet, cook the diced sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, cook the shrimp and tuna until they are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
5. In a bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, shrimp, and tuna. Add mayonnaise and mix well to combine.
6. Stuff each hollowed-out tomato with the seafood and sausage mixture.
7. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender.
8. Serve the stuffed tomatoes hot as a delicious and flavorful seafood and sausage dish.
