Make Seafood Boil

Seafood Boil

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs king crab legs
• 2 lbs mussels
• 2 lbs salmon
• 2 lemons, halved
• 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tablespoons white wine
• 2 quarts water

Instructions:

1. In a large stockpot, combine the water, Old Bay seasoning, butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, dill, bay leaves, and white wine. Bring to a boil over high heat.

2. Once boiling, add the mussels and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Add the king crab legs and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

5. Squeeze the juice of the lemons into the pot and stir.

6. Turn off the heat and let the seafood boil sit for 5 minutes.

7. Serve the seafood boil with your favorite sides and enjoy!
