Make Seafood Rice Casserole

Seafood Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 lb. cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops, etc.)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, seafood, eggs, cheese, butter, onion, bell pepper, celery, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
