Mango Rutabaga Mash

Ingredients:

-1 large rutabaga, peeled and cubed
-2 tablespoons molasses
-1 banana, mashed
-2 mangoes, peeled and cubed
-1 teaspoon soul food seasoning

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the cubed rutabaga and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

3. Drain the rutabaga and transfer to a large bowl.

4. Mash the rutabaga with a potato masher or fork.

5. Add the molasses, mashed banana, cubed mangoes, and soul food seasoning.

6. Mix everything together until well combined.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
