Seasoning
Cajun Crab Stuffed Sole
Ingredients:
- 4 sole fillets
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place sole fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a medium bowl, combine cooked white rice, cooked crab meat, and Cajun seasoning.
4. Divide the mixture evenly among the sole fillets, and roll up the fillets to enclose the stuffing.
5. Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed sole fillets, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the sole is cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
