Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and cornstarch.

6. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables and stir to combine.

7. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes.

8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
