Sesame Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 ounces noodles, cooked
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the lettuce, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir to combine.
4. Add the noodles and tomato and stir to combine.
5. Add the ginger and garlic and stir to combine.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are heated through.
7. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
