Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground meat
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the ground meat in an even layer.
5. Top the meat with the mashed potatoes, spreading evenly.
6. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the potatoes.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
