Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground meat
-2 tablespoons butter
-3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted.

4. Add the potatoes, parsley, flour, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
