- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.
2. Add the olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture.
3. Gradually mix in the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.
4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions.
8. Roll out each portion into a round pizza crust of your desired thickness.
9. Place the crusts on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
10. Spread pizza sauce over each crust and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
11. Carefully transfer the pizzas onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven.
12. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
13. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade pizza with your friend!
