Shrimp and Cucumber Greek Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 lb cooked shrimp
-1 cucumber, diced
-1 tomato, diced
-1/4 cup banana peppers, diced
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, tomato, and banana peppers.
2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Add cooked shrimp and mix until combined.
