Recipe Name: Shrimp and Egg Stir-Fry with Buttered Buckwheat Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 10-12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup cooked buckwheat
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt.
2. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter and sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
4. Add the cooked pasta and buckwheat to the pan with the remaining butter. Toss to coat the pasta and buckwheat in the butter.
5. Add the cooked eggs and shrimp back to the pan. Stir everything together and season with salt to taste.
6. Cook for another minute to heat everything through.
