Make Shrimp and Feta Rigatoni
Shrimp and Feta Rigatoni
Ingredients:
-1 pound of rigatoni
-1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
-1/2 cup of cream
-1/2 cup of tomato sauce
-2 large tomatoes, diced
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the feta cheese, cream, tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
