Shrimp and Pork Loin Ravioli Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 cup of uncooked rice
-1 pork loin, cut into cubes
-1/2 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1 package of raviolis
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Begin by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.

3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Meanwhile, cook the raviolis according to package instructions.

5. Once the pork and shrimp are cooked, add the cooked raviolis to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Crack the egg into the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve the pork and shrimp ravioli over the cooked rice. Enjoy!
