Make Shrimp and Spinach Linguine
Shrimp and Spinach Linguine
Ingredients:
-1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1 pound of linguine
-1 cup of milk
-1 cup of shredded mozzarella
-2 cups of fresh spinach
-1/2 cup of Chardonnay
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the milk, mozzarella, spinach, and Chardonnay to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Drain the cooked linguine and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve the shrimp and spinach linguine warm. Enjoy!
