Shrimp and Tomato Omelette


- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tomato, diced
- 8-10 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the eggs to the skillet and cook until the edges begin to set, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the diced tomato and shrimp to the center of the omelette.

5. Fold the edges of the omelette over the filling and cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 2 minutes.

6. Serve the omelette with the slices of bread. Enjoy!
