Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice flour
- 1/2 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the rice flour and shrimp. Toss to coat the shrimp in the flour.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, and cooked rice to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Serve the fried rice topped with the green onions. Enjoy!
