Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the shrimp and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

6. Remove from heat and stir in the green onions.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
