Shrimp with Parsley, Cilantro, and Chili
Ingredients:
-1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
-1/4 cup chopped parsley
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-1 chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the butter and let it melt.
3. Add the onion, garlic, and chili pepper and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the parsley and cilantro and cook for an additional minute.
6. Serve the shrimp with the parsley, cilantro, and chili. Enjoy!
