Simple Spicy Indonesian Korean Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

-2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
-2 tablespoons sesame oil
-2 tablespoons honey
-2 tablespoons rice vinegar
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon ground coriander
-1 teaspoon ground turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
-1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
-1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
-1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, and red pepper flakes.

2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix to coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

6. Serve the chicken with steamed rice and your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
