Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are softened, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and sour cream. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve over cooked pasta or rice and enjoy!
