Slow Cooker Chuck Roast
Ingredients:
-1 chuck roast (3-4 lbs)
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 onion, diced
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-2 cups beef broth
Instructions:
1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes over the roast.
3. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the roast is tender.
5. Serve and enjoy!
