Smoked European Cisco Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 smoked European ciscos, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the cubed smoked European ciscos and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked white rice and stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
