Smoked Salmon and Potato Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 4 ounces of smoked salmon, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 slices of bread, toasted

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place the diced potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

3. In a large pot, bring the cooked pasta and rice to a boil.

4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the cream, smoked salmon, pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.

5. Add the cooked potatoes and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve the pasta and rice with the toasted bread. Enjoy!
