Smoked Salmon Fried Rice


- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

5. Add the smoked salmon and stir to combine.

6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
