Smoked Salmon Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. smoked salmon
- 8 oz. dry pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the smoked salmon and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add the milk and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
6. Serve the smoked salmon pasta hot. Enjoy!
