Smoked Tofu Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces smoked tofu, cubed
- 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced into thin strips
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and carrot and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the smoked tofu and cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger and stir to combine.
6. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.
8. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
