Sosige and Egg Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of flour

- 6 sosiges, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the chopped sosiges and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir until everything is combined.

5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.

6. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out into a thin pancake.

7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

8. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

9. Repeat with the remaining batter.

10. Serve warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
