Creamy Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-2 cups cooked chicken, diced
-2 cups cooked white rice
-1/4 cup milk
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, chicken, and cooked rice.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Pour the milk over the top of the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is bubbling.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
