Sour Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour yogurt, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
