Southwest Beef and Bean Skillet

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground beef
-1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper, to taste
-1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and cooked through.

2. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
