Southwest Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine cooked wild rice, spinach, green chiles, mushrooms, and cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour sour cream mixture over wild rice mixture and stir to combine.

5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
