Soy-Chili Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 pound chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, onion, and tomato and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce and chili oil and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
