Make Spaghetti alla Carbonara

Spaghetti alla Carbonara

Ingredients:

- 4 ounces guanciale, diced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the guanciale and cook until it is lightly browned and crisp, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.

5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the guanciale and tomato mixture. Toss to combine.

6. Add the Parmesan cheese and eggs to the skillet and toss to combine.

7. Serve the spaghetti alla carbonara immediately. Enjoy!
