Make Spaghetti and Meatballs
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients:
-1 lb. ground beef mince
-1/2 cup breadcrumbs
-1 egg
-1/2 onion, finely diced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste
-1 lb. spaghetti
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine mince, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
6. Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Add meatballs and toss to combine.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
