-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
-1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 teaspoon sugar
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1 lb spaghetti

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.

5. When the sauce is done simmering, stir in the Parmesan cheese.

6. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to combine and let the spaghetti heat through.

7. Serve the spaghetti bolognaise with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
