Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- 500g mince
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups passata
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the mince and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
4. Add the tomato paste, passata, oregano, basil, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
7. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
8. Drain the spaghetti and return to the pot.
9. Add the bolognese sauce and stir to combine.
10. Serve the spaghetti bolognese hot. Enjoy!
