Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp huile (oil)
- Pinch of sel (salt)
- 1 cube (of chicken or vegetable bouillon)
- 1 oignon (onion), finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat the huile (oil) over medium heat. Add the chopped oignon (onion) and cook until translucent.
4. Crumble the cube (bouillon) into the skillet and stir until dissolved.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the onion and bouillon mixture.
6. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly pour in the whisked eggs, stirring continuously to coat the spaghetti and create a creamy sauce.
7. Season with a pinch of sel (salt) and toss to combine.
8. Serve the spaghetti carbonara hot, garnished with some freshly ground black pepper if desired.
