Make Spaghetti Carbonara with Cheesy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 100g Speck (bacon), diced
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Paprikasosse (tomato and bell pepper sauce)
- 2 egg whites (Eiweiß)
- 1/2 cup Quark
- 1/2 cup grated Käse (cheese)
- 1/2 cup sahniger Kochkäse (creamy cooking cheese)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the diced Speck until crispy. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
3. Stir in the Paprikasosse and simmer for a few minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites, Quark, grated Käse, and sahniger Kochkäse until well combined.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the bacon and tomatoes. Pour the cheesy egg mixture over the spaghetti and toss everything together until well coated.
6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the spaghetti.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
