Make Spaghetti Carbonara with Salami
Spaghetti Carbonara with Salami
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces spaghettis
- 4 eggs
- 4 ounces diced salami
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghettis and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the salami and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
5. When the spaghettis are cooked, drain and add to the skillet with the salami mixture.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the top and stir to combine. Cook until the eggs are just set, about 3 minutes.
7. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
