Spaghetti with Egg and Salami
Ingredients:
-1/2 lb. spaghettis
-2 eggs
-4 slices of salami
-1/4 cup olive oil
-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghettis and cook until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the salami slices and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
5. Drain the cooked spaghettis and add them to the skillet. Toss to combine.
6. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the spaghetti with egg and salami warm. Enjoy!
