Spaghetti with Egg and Tomato

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of spaghetti

- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 1/2 cup of grated Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, salt, and pepper.

3. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.

4. Add the butter and egg mixture to the pot and stir until the butter is melted and the egg is fully incorporated.

5. Add the cherry tomatoes and paprika powder and stir to combine.

6. Sprinkle the grated Gouda and cheddar cheese over the top and stir until the cheese is melted.

7. Serve the spaghetti with egg and tomato warm. Enjoy!
