Spaghetti with Minced Meat and Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
-1 lb. spaghetti
-1 lb. minced meat
-2 onions, chopped
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced meat and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
