Spaghetti with Minced Meat and Tomatoes
Ingredients:
-1 lb. minced meat
-1 lb. spaghetti
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
6. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the meat and tomatoes. Toss to combine.
7. Serve the spaghetti with minced meat and tomatoes. Enjoy!
