Recipe Name: Spanish Omelette
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 4 slices of ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
4. Add the diced ham and chopped chives to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the tomato, ham, and chives in the skillet.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the eggs.
7. Cook the omelette for 5-7 minutes or until the edges start to set.
8. Carefully flip the omelette using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
