Make Spanish Omelette

Recipe: Spanish Omelette

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 4 slices of jamon (Spanish cured ham)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
2. Add the grated cheese, diced tomato, chopped onion, and a pinch of salt to the beaten eggs. Mix everything together.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the jamon slices. Cook until slightly crispy, then remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
5. Place the cooked jamon slices on top of the omelette.
6. Carefully flip the omelette using a spatula and cook for another few minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Spanish omelette!
